Haut Monde’ Villa
Our Client Dr.Ghazi, an elitist Pharmaceutical Businessman in Dubai helped us to carve out the elegance and richness via
Architecture. The 6400 sq. ft Villa was bought in core and shell condition and was developed by us to serve a family of 8 members,
all involved in the family business.
While we had limited freedom in exploring the spatial organisation. our client insisted on
playing with textures and Materials. Exotic Marble categories such as Sivec White, Fior de Bosco , Volga Blue, and Egyptian
Alabaster was used in various interior areas to bring out the Client’s unique taste for Marbles. Besides using exotic Marbles, the
exterior of the Building is purposefully cladded with Laminam and Travertine to bring out the Venetian touch to existing mass.
